About the project
IGI received the grant at Europe House Skopje in March 2026. It is part of “Support to the European Integration of North Macedonia”, run by UNOPS with the Ministry for European Affairs and supported by Sweden and Switzerland. The caravan takes the EU accession debate to young people in every region through debates, decision-making simulations and creative work.
What happened

A methodology and toolkit for running the youth forums
National training for 12 regional coordinators, facilitators and mentors
First forum in the Skopje region on 20 July 2026, with 20 young people
Forum in Strumica for the Southeast region on 27 July
Forum in Resen for Pelagonia on 24 August, where young people wrote “My EU Vision”
Forum in Delčevo for the East region in August
