About the project
Funded by the Government of North Macedonia during the first year of the pandemic, and delivered with the Gostivar branch of the Red Cross. The packages went to people receiving a social pension, one of the groups hit hardest by the lockdowns.
What happened
The first 120 packages delivered in early August 2020, with the Red Cross in Gostivar
The second round in September, and the third and final round in October 2020
Health checks and advice on protection from COVID-19 at each delivery
Leaflets on symptoms and protection in Macedonian and Albanian
